I’ve bought a few of these from here and they have all been great! They look nice and shipped fairly quickly!
Honestly its really rally cheap. No way to use a graded card too. And its just a printed paper with a piece of double sided tape. Super Cheap. i threw it away.

The frames are intentionally designed to be lightweight, but we understand that the current frame quality isn’t where we want it to be. We’re actively looking into switching to a better-quality frame while still keeping international shipping practical and minimizing the risk of damage.
We’re also working on improving the mounting solution, especially for international orders. Besides from our small hexagons, most artworks do have compatibility for graded cards.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to us with your order details and a photo. We’ll be happy to arrange a refund or free replacement.
I have only received half my order so far but the quality of the $42 rectangle frame could not be more disappointing. No glass. Flimsy cardboard. Cheap plastic and the command strip is in the wrong place so it can’t be used for mounting. What a waste of money.

The frames are intentionally designed to be lightweight, rather than using glass, as glass adds significant weight and creates a much higher risk of damage during international shipping. That said, I understand that this can feel different from what you might expect from a traditional picture frame.
You’re also right regarding the mounting accessory. We’re aware that these accessories can occasionally be missing or not included correctly, particularly with our international fulfillment. Sourcing and consistently including the mounting components across all of our international warehouses has been a challenge, and this is something we’re actively working to improve.

I've bought frames a couple of times now, and I've been really happy every time. The designs are awesome, the quality is great, and the customer service is honestly one of the best I've experienced. Cheapest product I’ve ever seen in my life with no way to actually attach the cards. The frame looks like 3d printed garbage the “extended art background ” is just cheaply printed off and falling out of the frame. For the price this is an absolute scam.

The adhesive was on the wrong side of the design so I had to pull off long strips just to see the main part of the design. Along with the shipping taking longer than expected. Overall decent product just needed better quality control.

For the US version, the displays are made from clear acrylic. The adhesive strips are applied to the back but can sometimes appear to be on the front because the material is transparent, which can definitely be confusing at first. The front side is actually the side with the brown protective film, once that layer is removed, the design should be clearly visible as intended.
That said, I understand how this could be unclear and I’ll take this into account to improve instructions and avoid confusion in the future. Thanks again for your feedback, and glad to hear you still liked the product overall

Great way to display, your cards. Its very quick and easy to install. The customer service was really quick and helpfull. Some panels had very minor scratches at some places but the quality i still great, 4/5 will order again :D

Sorry to hear about the minor scratches. If you could send us a few photos, we’ll take a look right away and make sure to send you replacements if needed. Just to double check: did you remove the protective layer on the back? Sometimes it can look a bit uneven or have small marks on the sides before removal, but once taken off, the surface should be clean.
